I said this a while back, but never provided any pictures. Terra Branford Outfit + Hair would be amazing.

Could you add a skirt like this?
All skirts are very long or very short, this is a perfect size!

Unfortunately the development team explained a while ago why this is actually very difficult to implement:
Of course they didn't say it can't be done, just that it's not a simple matter of simply creating a knee-length skirt - clipping issues with bulky footwear such as armoured greaves is something they're clearly mindful of. I admit I would love to see knee length skirts (which is what I usually wear in real life as well), so I agree with you totally, however if they are ever are introduced I don't expect it to be added for quite a while yet sadly.Originally Posted by Gildrein

Q: Suzuki, are there any plans to implement a skirt where the length is somewhere between a mini-skirt (starter gear for female Hyur and Miqo’te) and a long skirt (spring skirt)?
A: Due to system specifications, we've yet to make outfits like this. The reason is that when you combine these with equipment such as darklight boots that comes up to your knees, the graphics with a long skirt are covered around the knees, and for mini-skirts you’re able to see everything. With designs that are somewhere between these two, however, the interference is noticeable. With that said, I understand that players would enjoy more variety in our designs, and I'd like to take on this challenge.
Yoshida: This is a difficult issue, and there are also opinions that since it’s a FINAL FANTASY game it wouldn’t be good to have skirts overlap with other equipment. However, not implementing something due to this would take away the opportunities to enjoy other kinds of gear variety. I personally feel it’s fine to do this and think we should be adding more variety to gear, so the direction we are going is to add as much as we can based on the requests we receive. It’d help if you can all overlook the aspects where there are overlaps.
People don't know how to take criticism anymore, and bad play is rewarded with with a coddling mentality. Yes, this is a casual game for the most part - that doesn't mean people need to walk on eggshells in fear of getting reported for pointing out things. This whole 'please don't say anything even slightly negative' mentality that we seem to be going towards and the devs seemingly pushing towards it is creating a disturbing trend.
Is that Korean set all one piece? Or the footwear and skirt a single piece? That would explain how they got around it.
To me, that answer seems more like its in context to wearable equipment, eg, job or dungeon gear? If its just released as level 1 crafted glamour, people will work around it like they have to now as far as clipping is concerned. They could even put their usual funny quip in the description of these items, "These skirts were imported from x and have been known to randomly explode" or something silly like that. :P
Are separate parts.
Although I have seen that with the long skirts, the boots simply become more "thin" at the top end, I do not understand what would be the problem with a skirt like this.
Adding that also the skirt is somewhat "inflated", it is unlikely that there are clipping problems

I believe we already have one like that. The Demon Skirt of Casting/Healing from WoD.Unfortunately the development team explained a while ago why this is actually very difficult to implement:

But yeah, we could use more of skirts like this, let alone those without job restrictions.

Given through event or not, a set of glamour thats gender neutral, is a military coat or even just a tailcoat without silly bags hanging from them, is sorely needed.
That said, if they do eventually do an FFXV crossover event, please Dev team make it Kingsglaive gear! (Again, gender neutral please. Crowe's gear IS nice but the default tunic is sooo cool)
