If you are "disappointed" by lack of Viera now, then that is entitlement (not attacking, just stating what it is), because the dev team have made it clear that Viera is not coming, and that it never was coming (since Au'ra was released), you are disappointed in Yoshi P for your own wishes, rather than miscommunication, which is not ok. If they put Viera in the 24man raid, that is miscommunication about the status of a popular request, which as I said, is a bad idea

Only play because I'm a hardcore FF fan. I need to play all of them and complete them. FFXI & currently FFXV are the ones I've not finished (the latter I don't own) I have my gripes with FFXI too but I feel obligated to play it til the end of its story

Too hardcore for me LOL! I do wonder what classes you like in ff11 and which ones you do like to see in ffxiv in the future ^^

I don't agree there, because by that logic, an NPC with a more sizeable trunk would be a miscommunication about the status of a butt slider as well and Hilda was a miscommunication about the status of hybrids with Alphinaud's carbuncles being a miscommunication on the status of Egi glamours. Were they? No. And if people took it that way, that's their own fault.

One thing that comes to mind when it comes to Ivalice now is the original Tactics, there was no Viera, Banga or anything of that sort. Unless their were pictures to hint at it, could also be the Ivalice of Vagrant Story, though seeing the main picture I think less so of this.

No! That would be a disaster! "Viera confirmed, guys we are getting Viera" and Yoshi P would be sat there looking like a lemon who has to either implement Viera or disappoint players

Some players will be disappointed, others will be happy. I know I'd be happy if they don't get implemented (also, if you're going to make a race that is from the Ivalice playable, then you will need to make the rest of the Ivalice races playable so that everyone is happy. That's how it should go).

Good luck with Adoulin and Rhapsodies. NPC party members kinda really suck on some boss fights... unless they've been nerfed.
