Lol no source...
It's the prediction on the 3 jobs that kinda threw me off...seems kind of silly.

The introduction should've been enough to claim something is off.
* MSQ will have 10 dungeons and 2 endgame regular dungeons
* 4 trials Anima, Minotaur Brothers, Shisa(original) Zenos Yae Galvus(Yojimbo)
* 4 raid boss battles 4 elemental fiends fiends(inspired by the 4 fiends of FF IV) they can be fought on any order. and will have 2 difficulty levels
10 MSQ dungeons and 4 trials? Heaven's Ward had literally half of that! Five dungeons and Two trials.
Than the part with Samurai getting two weapons? Paladin is the only combat job to date to ever get an offhand. I don't see any reason why SE would add another combat job with an offhand.

The way I see it being described is it actually has two mainhand weapons that it uses and swaps between depending on the style being used at a given moment.Than the part with Samurai getting two weapons? While it is a novel idea, I just want to remind you that they (FFXIV dev team) would literally never hear the end of it if they released a Samurai Tank Job that does not use Katanas in their primary tanking stance. There would be RIOTS. It'd be like releasing Dragoon as a job that primarily equips Swords.

I was merely explaining how I saw it being said there. While it is a novel idea, I just want to remind you that they (FFXIV dev team) would literally never hear the end of it if they released a Samurai Tank Job that does not use Katanas in their primary tanking stance. That said, I'm expecting torches and pitchforks if Red Mage is made healer.

If you knew a bit about Samurai history you would know that they are able to whiled two Katana's. Depending on how many Katana the samurai had allowed you to know what rank that Samurai was. So if they are gonna design the Samurai based on Japanese history. Then it will have a offhand weapon. The introduction should've been enough to claim something is off.

You may be right, but they take steps into the direction of only mainhands for Jobs, PLD is the only counterexample who has a shield and sword, all mages lost their shields in the process of further progress and all single handed mainhands for the mages got a two-handed version. So it is really unlikley to introduce another job with offhand or they would literaly make a step backwards in this matter. Also the weapon switch with stance switch would be hard to implement like discribed without hard overpowering in guildhests and other low level duties cause the first stance has to be at least at level 10, the lowest duty, to fullfill the condition "never can be without stance", if we say it is playable from level 30.If you knew a bit about Samurai history you would know that they are able to whiled two Katana's. One dungeon per level is far to many. You would be getting out of one dungeon only to need to run another shortly after.
That was due to upgrade path problems caused by main hands and off-hands not dropping together. Going from a two-handed weapon to a one-handed weapon was often not an upgrade unless you had already gotten the shield as well. Changes to how drops work in 3.2 pretty much fixed that problem which the Paladin was still victim of. So jobs will main-hand/off-hand weapon sets are not problematic anymore. You may be right, but they take steps into the direction of only mainhands for Jobs, PLD is the only counterexample who has a shield and sword, all mages lost their shields in the process of further progress and all single handed mainhands for the mages got a two-handed version.
