No...it's pretty much anyone that are tired of 'WoW clones' except for the people who like WoW clones. People who never even touched FFXI don't want to play another WoW, which is why they don't even play Rift.
Well surprise! The game is not gonna be like WoW!
I don't have any statement to prove that, as the whole assumption in the topic. But if I have to say something, Final Fantasy XIV is gonna be Upgraded, which means Enhanced with more and better stuff.
Have you seen the whole world, how's it changing and how is it now? Have you followed the storyline and will follow it?
It's not about the Content. It's about what the game Gives to you, and the last feeling that can give me this game is of that milk cow of a Blizzard game that is just gonna die from being sucked.
before you rage quit give rares
Don't you mean give epics? :P Since even the names are color coded based on rarity for ff14 now. i'm gonna lmao the first time i see an item with a purple name in a patch note.

Really many of the FF games had something "new" in them and different.
Look at his name, than look at his server, than look at his "end all be all" Final Fantasy. He is being quiet serious... yay for FFVII Fanboys I bet if a FF7 Remake did come out they would complain about it not having the same feel that they remember from 1997.
Xeto Milanti Bei
Yeah, it would suck to have a proper translations (for the western players), fully working stats and actual story completion.
