My timezone is not PST but it's not like 11AM there right now? Unless they started the maintenance 10 hours early.

Its not the maintenance the servers located in NA having problems. So idk whats the point of this post.

It's probably not on SE's end, like someone said earlier there's alot of bad weather in Montreal at the moment.

Well, level 3 outage map once again shines in a bright red light in NA, so...I'd say if that was the issue last time, it would be the issue again now.
