    Regardless of whether it's an issue with Level 3 (or as SE likes to call it "ISP issues"...across all different ISPs), it only seems to cause problems on FFXIV. So I find that odd.

    Do other games that you play route through Level3 to reach their servers? I'm curious.
    Because it would be curious as to why it would only be an issue with SE's NA servers if others connect through Level3 as well.
