A Level3 issue most likely, from what I can see. At the very least, the trouble starts with them.
Connecting from Italy, very much like Zeph, but en route to Excalibur - things seem ok till the 14th hop, then...

Or the proverbial chip on their shoulder. Joking of course, but you never know with people these days... eh. Let's hope this gets fixed pronto, if it's a technical issue - but if it's an actual denial of service attack, chances are that the only way out is waiting it out, unless they've suddenly gotten better at isolating the attack vector, or routing around it.
Still experiencing trouble on my side: I managed to log in once but things immediately slowed down to a crawl. Lobby server errors afterwards, at least so far.
