Could we get a one-time world transfer before P2P begins?

Hey, some of my friends are on different worlds and we all want to converge on one without losing all of our respective progress.

We all decided that the game would be fun enough to pay for if we were all together so I thought I'd ask if this was possible.

If you're suggesting that SE should implement a World Transfer Service like the one FFXI has, that's something I'll wholeheartedly agree with. I've always wondered why it wasn't offered at launch.

You'd think with FFXIV bleeding as much money as it is, SE would be looking for as many ways to generate cash as possible.

Im not gonna jump to another server, but im completely for the option. This makes people stay because they actually have fun playing, and to have fun, you need friends in game
