I hate to be that person, but its not anybody's fault except your own if you can't get into raiding due to experience. There are many ways to help with learning, and you have to put in a little backbone and legwork to get started. Raid finder exsists and I see lots of good results from it on the forums, I would suggest giving it a try if you want to actually get involved in raiding..

It stops being fun when it becomes about finger pointing and placing blame when things don't go well.
You can play the game how you want, but when you're playing the cutting edge content, everyone needs to be playing their best. If you can't accept simple criticism when mistakes are made, or you are under preforming, your group will never get anywhere. Raiding can be fun, but winning is fun too, and all it takes is one person to under preform and the whole things falls apart. You have to be able to point fingers when things are wrong and fix the problem. I can understand that you might not like it, but its just a fact of life. If you do your real-life job shitty, you will get pointed out.. simple as that..
