[FC] ~Seekers of Hydaelyn~ Looking for members!

Seekers of Hydaleyn is a small Free Company located on the European legacy server Ragnarok.
We are a mid-core company with a laid back attitude and are happy to help out new players and develop them into proper endgame players.
With an active Discord channel, and a website with a forum - we are connected even when not playing the game.
Our primary focus is to have fun, and secondary to that is content progression.
Seekers of Hydaelyn fell into a state of disrepair in late 2015, but we are working hard to bring it back up on its feet. With quiet whispers of a raid team being planned in the Seekers Council.

Our goal is to be a Free Company you will enjoy and find helpful, as well as a place to find new friends that will stay with you forever.
Prepare to fall in love with the Free Company of your dreams.



Seekers of Hydaelyn consists of 3 levels of management:



The Superior Seekers, running the Ministry of Superior Seekers and the main body of officers,
lead by the Chief Superior Seeker.
Basically, the Superior Seekers are the community managers of SoH, they should be able to help you with most things.
Superior Seekers are part of the Seekers Council.

The Master of Coin, a single member responsible for the Free Company funds and items.
This is the person controlling the flow of gil, and is authorized to provide limited loans to Free Company members.

Lastly, the Lord Seeker is the master of SoH. The title is hereditary and cannot be obtained by other members.
The Lord Seeker has absolute power, but most major decisions are to be approved by the Seekers Council.
The Lord Seeker is the only person other than the Master of Coin with full access to the Free Company chest.

The non-officer ranks are as follows:



- Novice Seeker: The starting rank. All members start here, and it's up to you wether you'll stay there or climb your way up to glory.

- Private Seeker: You have stuck around long enough for the Free Company to trust you.
The Lord Seeker is confident you are staying around, and your privileges will increase.

- Veteran Seeker: If you're one to be gone for a long time and then return for a short time, this is most likely the rank you'll be getting.
You are trusted, and you've been around a while, but your absence prevents any further promotions.

- Noble Seeker: The top of the ladder. You are considered nobility in the eyes of the Lord Seeker and your nobility is accepted.
Elevated privileges, as well as a life as a nobleman awaits you.








To ensure the FC is working for its members, the Seekers Council serves the members interests.
Consisting of the Lord Seeker, Master of Coin, The Chief Superior Seeker as well as the other Superior Seekers - all decisions in the FC are taken in this room.
Unlike most Free Companies, the FC Master does not have absolute power. Every decision must be approved by the council.
The council room is always open for all Seekers, and seating is available for everyone who wants to attend a meeting.







The FC Raid Team is currently dormant, but we are working on building it back up!

The Seekers Estate, known as Crystal Hall, is the home of all Seekers.
The Estate is located in The Goblet, at ward 8, plot 55.
The house features a mender, melder, junkmonger and a material supplier for all crafting seekers.
In addition to this, amenities such as chocobo stables, garden patches and practise dummies are available for all.
The estate houses the council room, the Seekers shrine and the Seekers lounge, as well as the downstairs crafting area.
Seekers of Hydaelyn also owns 4 airships, serving the Company's interests.
