[Suggestion] Change 50 and 60 roulette requirement to "Unlocking" not "Completion"

There is a minimum item level required before being able to run most of the dungeons though, and this includes the roulette. Getting access to the dungeons doesn't mean you can run them and that's probably one of the reasons the roulette is locked behind the completion of them, since you need to meet requirements to even run them not just being level 50/60

That's not much of a reason at all - Trial roulette starts at 50 with the HM primals and goes up Sophia normal, yet it doesn't have any such issues. Trial roulette already works by adding unlocked duties to the pool, whether you have completed them or not and it contains duties of very different iLvL to boot. Sophia NM requires in iLvL of 220, yet you can queue for trial at level 60 in i90 - no problem!

Leveling roulette works the same by the way. You can start running leveling roulette once you have access to Sastasha and Tam-Tara, you do not have to wait until you have cleared Gubal.
Same goes for guildhest roulette, Frontline roulette and MSQ roulette (Yes, the MSQ roulette unlocks after UNLOCKING Praetorium, not clearing it).

It's expert, 50s and 60s roulette where you need to have cleared everything and the iLvL for the roulette is set to that of the highest duty in the roulette, so it constantly gets adjusted upward.
