This doesn't indicate that the enemy designs are god tier, since you said that they make the game feel cheap. And just because you don't care about the reason, doesn't make it any less of a valid one.

I stand by what I said, because it is cheap, I can say it's cheap because it's factually correct right? It's cheaper to reuse resources to relaunch a game I'm not going to justify every little thing I say with sugar coating, quit getting upset over nothing. I'm backing out of this.

Pointing out inconsistencies with your reasoning behind adding a cross-over event =/= being upset about something.
