I have a different way of typing that paragraph
Your "different" way of posting "paragraphs" isn't readable to the masses. This means one of two things: You're intentionally posting unintelligibly to annoy/troll people, or you really don't know what you're saying in the first place.

People do not normally type how they would speak. Written language doesn't work exactly the same way as spoken language. That being said, if you could have spoken that entire post without taking the slightest breath between sentences, you probably would have passed out afterward.

Sorry, but if your post was clearly readable, I wouldn't have had to bluntly comment.

W.e man you have nothing else to do but try to correct someone here i fixed it so stupid people like you can read.

Wow for people that like to talk alot you obviously don't know the company so good. They previously mentioned back in like January or December the reason they could even go about letting us play free was because Square-Enix is it's own investor also Square-Enix is plain flat out rich they just finished selling Deus-Ex an there in production of English version of FF13-2 .Yeah I'm not paying I don't even level up jobs at the rate I want to because there is almost no one to play with on Saronia so I sit with my 50arch farming until I get tired ,well im not gonna pay to farm. xD Big fucking change if u couldn't read that without the periods your an idiot I'm sorry that your not a logical thinker.

Im a bit of an MMORPG addict have been for years and have never second guessed paying for the experience, from Runescape Classic to FFXI, WoW and beyond. I feel this game has only just started to become playable and still lacks so much. I will not be paying when the time comes, not because i long for an f2p thats insane, but I dont feel the game is worth paying for yet, especially before you even get a chance to see how these Big changes affect the game. If SE ends up rushing this they will have destroyed the hard work of the past year.

*edit Id also like to point out that its turning some players against each other on the Forums. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and choices.

Don't like it? Don't pay, and don't play. No one holds you hostage. But demanding the game to be free until YOU decide is read is flat out laughable.
That is not what the word "complete" means in that context. A "complete" MMO would be one that the players and development team would deem to have a good set of basic features and content (compare Darkfall or Mortal Online to MMOs like Rift, LOTRO, or WoW). SE and the players both have agreed that FFXIV was not a "complete" game, resulting in it having no subscription fee for an entire year.

And it's not demanding that SE cater to him, when Yoshi-P him-damn-self has said that FFXIV is 50% of the way toward being a "complete" MMO, combined with SE's previous statements about suspending the subsctiption fee until they deem FFXIV to be "complete". Hell, people against the fee have suggested, in this thread, that they would be more willing to pay if the fee was at least half of what it was originally planned to be.

Well, unfortunately for you, your opinion (in this matter) holds no weight at all. Tough I know, but thems the breaks. I know its a shock when you discover you aren't the centre of the world, but consider your self lucky you discovered this in a game and not somewhere important.

In the mean time, can I have ur stuff?

This marks the first time I've actually "lol'd" at a post on any forum whatsoever. Thank you.

The way I see it, the fees shouldn't be implemented until the PS3 version officially launches.

I put down the $80/90 for the Collector's Edition when it first came out, and the only reason I put it down was because my graphics card wasn't able to handle it. However, by about Christmas last year and actually trying out the game I wasn't really cursing the fact that I bought it, but more lamenting it. The items included in the package seemed they were hardly worth the $30 extra that I paid (The Adventurer's Certificate, the Onion Helm, the security key, the journal, the Behind the Scenes DVD) when only a couple of them served practical purposes and the others were simply for aesthetics.

I felt the same thing when I got my Signature Edition of Dragon Age II, but in contrast, I managed to get accustomed to the gameplay and the more flexible story progression at least until the last patch came out when party-farming got a hefty dose of steroids. I vividly remember Square-Enix stating that they wanted to appeal to players who either didn't have the time to invest into playing 24/7 or preferred playing alone and that's the only reason why I picked it up in the first place. It was a refreshing change of pace in contrast to WoW and XI when I was reduced to running instances or dungeons and farming mobs in groups of sometimes incompetent players - forsaking my priorities in life just to get ahead in the game, to make some story progression.

I can't afford to shell out a regular monthly subscription in this failing economy where I can't get a job, a circumstance not granted by choice, but by the lot I've been dealt in life. As some others have posted in the thread, Square-Enix is trying to make bank on XIV rather than cater to the wants and needs of the player-base, a trait very similar to that of Activision. I'd been a devout follower of theirs for about 15 years now, but to find that they've fallen so far from what they used to be makes me feel somewhat ashamed to be associated with their various services now. I miss Sakaguchi-san handling the franchise. At least he was of sound mind, and could entice many unsuspecting fanatics with the stories he would fabricate - a truly aesthetic masterpiece. A title XIV is not yet worthy of, and until it is, charging fees for 1/3 of a complete product is unjustified and simply: Greedy.

They were raging about a shitty game they bought. Most of them quit the game. Different rant.
