Feedback: The Recent Removal of Exclusive PVP Rewards

We get a cool reward. People QQ and it's literally removed within a week.

ikr this can't make me even sadder. ppl complain for minion and get some pages of reply and SE act for them. we ask for GC restriction fixing for queue times long time ago with many many many threads and still not fixed.
if PVP mode and pvpers are not that important for SE why not just let the game be PVE mode and not stress themselves with us. i could just move to another game for pvp with actual rewards instead of putting effort here only to get my future seasonal rewards handed freely later on as some type of achievement.

I want to highlight this so it can be seen by the devs.

We as the vocal minority of an already-minority group of players receive so little, both in content, and in reward, and when you finally DO try to offer something of interest, it's lessened to an achievement award, and then we're offered a participation award as well. This is unacceptable.The gear we have is well below current PvE levels, and generally not all that useful for the content it was intended for, and thus becomes special currency-restricted glamour. Materia is, and will continue to be useless as long as current modes ignore their bonuses, and the Morale stat is defunct, yet still added to new gear. Wolf Marks ultimately become useless as we participate enough to cap, then have so little of relevance to spend it on, and there is no means of currency exchange, or better use besides.

In the end, our rewards are minimal, irrelevant, easily-grinded even by people that otherwise scoff at or ignore the content required for it, and it would seem far too often our requests, concerns, and communication seems to only go one way. This too is unacceptable.

This is not about wanting to have things ONLY to ourselves. No. This is an issue when what little we're offered in the way of newer and greater reward incentive is changed to become a participation award for anyone who otherwise wouldn't bother with PvP, THEN offered little more than a participation award for those who put forth the effort to rise above the rest in the spirit of competition. This is about the complaints of minion collectors being answered within days, yet our requests and complaints have only now, after more than a year received a "maybe". You tell us to "Please look forward to it", then offer us so little to look forward to. And now apparently, if that proves controversial to an entirely different and unrelated group of players, it becomes something even less interesting to look forward to.

If I could make a personal complaint, I would say please don't offer any minions in the future. Instead, how about a little better treatment?
