I just want it to be equal, if one sex get's options to change their appearance, it needs to be applied to the other one as well.

The game has a PEGI rating of 16+.
Pretty sure that sexual parts are no longer an issue at that age....

I totally agree with Aamalthea couldnt quote the comment because it was too long. but i just see it unfair for women have all the options and males don't really have much option in game even when it comes to dresses
females can wear suits and stuff but male can only wear 1 skirt and the other skirts are class based ! so you cant use it for glamour , i really wish for more options for male !

Only a couple of the races have muscle sliders, but they are there. As for the chest and genital slider (let's face it, this is what is being asked for), it would have to pass by censors. Generally speaking, especially with prudish America, seeing a large bulge is considered socially unacceptable. However, small and large chests are a thing that we are forced to deal with; you can't easily make a busty female's chest smaller without quite a large bit of discomfort.

Also, FFXIV falls under "Teen" in the ESRB. This is 13 and up.

Yet we use the same base game and can access the datacenters between Japan, Europe and America. I don't they'd make a slider for those unless those three could access them and display them equally. (What I'm saying is I pretty sure it doesn't matter that the European version of the game is 16+.) Otherwise they'd have to split the games like what they need to do for the Chinese and Korean versions, no?
