Devs can easily fix this by making the lalafell slider not very effective like the female bust slider. Lalafells are supposed to be cute. That's why they don't, and shouldn't ever work.

I think this would the viable solution when counting the Lalafells into the equation.

Sliders for boobs, butts, muscles I can see people asking for those but sliders for male characters junk think going little far. Even in RL unless you in a strip club how many people trying to show and and get other to pay attention to their junk below?

The fact that boobs and butts get the "ok" from the community but bulges don't is telling in itself, no? The other 3 got dominated by the female side of the physique, why can't we have one for the male side?

Apparently exposed H-cup sized breasts are fine as long as the nipples are taped over, but the slightest hint of a bulge still hidden by cloth is an instant no no.
