They don't owe us anything, we've had free play for a year in a game with ZERO method for SE to make money from us after the box purchase.

And yes, they do owe me. THEY OWE ME A $50 GAME. A game that is WORTH $50. Or have you forgotten that you BOUGHT a BETA? And now you feel it's right to charge for it?

EDIT: Don't act so high and mighty, by the way. just because you pay for something that I don't. it isn't a charity. They are a business, and they made a bad game. A game they admitted time and time again is not even close to complete. It's LOGICAL to assume that most people won't want to pay for a game that's not even fucking finished.

You will be getting a $50 game for free when they put version 2 online for free download for people who bought the original. If you don't want to pay now then don't. I'm sure SE doesn't care. You will come back when they offer you that shiny new v2 for free with a new trial.

SE is now saying, "Are you a giver? Or are you a taker?" The players who have faith in their direction, have an ounce of empathy, or are not ungrateful a-holes will most likely pay to play soon. Not to mention that with the look of 2.0, this seems to be a pretty expensive task and the number of people we find working on this game plus the amount of work that is now being shown for the first time previously behind closed doors, you'd have to be an idiot to not understand why they need to start charging.

You have to realize that I don't want hand outs. I want a good game. I've wanted a good game since one year ago. They have not delivered on that, and they have admitted it was not a good game.
