RIP title collectors :(

Very bad news for title collectors....I wasn't aware of this at first but apparently there are exclusive titles you can only get from doing 1.0 content?

I get that SE wants to thank their oldest players in some way, and I'm not against it but, why make it so I can't get the titles again? And while we're at it, I want the tattoo, too. It's unfair that i can't have these rewards simply because I wasn't playing at the time.

Why not give 1.0 players an alternate, exclusive reward, such as a belt? Then everyone else could have access to the titles and tattoo/1.0 items in some alternate way.

It's win/win! Please, SE, listen to our feedback and make it happen!

Yeah, I am at 126 titles and counting. It is really upsetting and distressing that there is no way for me to feasibly obtain these titles unless I go back in time. I plan on collecting the other titles soon, but it is really disheartening when I know I can never 100% my title collection!

There's a whole bunch of stuff that was left behind in 1.0. Focus on what you can get now and let's not make this into yet another "let me get what the legacy players have". Let's have SOME form of exclusivity for once.

Nothing to be done about it sadly, limited stuff is limited. The only thing 1.xx and ARR have in common is the lore and (whats left of) the world. Ergo, even if the 1.xx achievements/titles were added again, the means to get them could never be the same as the original prerequisites.

To be fair, the 1.x game was replaced by 2.0, so it's hardly surprising that things in 1.x are inaccessible to players who started with 2.0. Even with games in the same Franchise, you cannot play the latest installment and get the things from the 1st installment unless of course you actually played it, and even then it's generally a few extras that you keep when transferring your save from the original.

Unfortunately, many people today seem to have problems comprehending the concept of 'limited time' and 'exclusive'.

Why? How come they get to complete their collections but I can't just because I played at the wrong time? So now any new player starting the game that wants to collect everything just has to deal with it? Sorry, that's just not cool.
