    No, they can only make assumptions in the first place. They can look at their data later, but before it's implemented, they won't know for sure.
    It could be that more DDs take the undersize route, thus lowering overall queue times (4 DDs tackle a dungeon together).
    Also roulettes would still be relevant (and it shouldn't be possible to undersize them), the main purpose for doing dungeons for me.
