Good luck...I have been working on this issue for days around the clock. And support, yea I had Blizzard take 6 hours once to get back to me and I was applaud, they gave me game time for the wait, but here, they won't even read it in 6 hours and when they get back to you, I bet days from now you have the same issue. Go to Reddit and see how many people have this issue it is insane.

Also you notice the launcher will not let you play while downloading, which shows you it is technology from a decade ago, Almost all launchers now let you begin play within a few minutes of downloading.

On the other hand you must remember this is a Japanese company so they might not be up to par with triple A gaming companies, so you really cannot blame them and have to give them a somewhat of leeway, they don't have the talent pool like in the states. So hang in there and don't quit just yet
