Why do people beg for cash shop stuff?

Because there's no point deluding yourself into thinking certain items won't be put there.

Like the Yugiri thread, you really think they're gonna give that for free when every other NPC outfit has been put in the cash shop?

May as well just ask for what we already know will happen instead of lowering the chance your request will be taken by asking for it for free.

People (like me) asking for cash shop stuff because:

IF its in the game: then you have grind weeks or months for it...(It took me a year to get enough MPG for Fenrir mount!) = No thanks...
IF they make an item so damn rare like currently Dark Pegasus mount that cost me 35millions of my hard earned Gil (/ispoor) = no thanks!
IF the RNG keep refuse to give you the item you want! = no thanks

I dont get hyped anymore when a new patch shows up and brings new stuff.. its only obtainable after a long grind anyways >.>
You could play and clear other games at 100% with the same time instead!

Well the 1st question to ask is why put the NPC's attire in CS in the first place instead of, idk, an event ? They could have made it a "birthday" event for the Scions of the Seventh Dawn creation with outfit to win....

With its precedent, even if we asked, I just don't see SE's sales team having a change of heart for scions costumes.

I think we got a better chance asking for glamour to be put in the game that doesn't have a precedent in CS than this

Yes the could have given it after the quest when you find each Scion, them giving you their old clothes. They could have made non-dyed in the game and dyeable in the CS. It would have pleased everyone. No crazy grind and people have an option to obtain it either way. This what people want to see more of. They don't have to make everything a crazy grind. We were getting things via story quest before and it wasn't always a crazy grind. They just saw a way to make more money people took the bait and now this is the path we are stuck on. So now we think we can't even ask for certain things to be put in the game like NPC clothes.

If people want to blow their money on costumes, doesn't bother me. I myself won't. The most I have paid for is another retainer as my 2 are filled with leveling gear and crafting mats.

I also don't like most of the cash shop costumes so.... doesn't bother me at all, not much for me to blow money on.
