Has it never occurred to anyone to wonder why men even have nipples at all? Human men are incapable of producing milk and can't breastfeed, so why do they have nipples? (It's a rhetorical question; don't need to tell me; the short answer is evolution.)

So, the reason Eorzean men have no nipples is simply that, in their infinite wisdom, the Twelve designed them that way. Deal with it.
