I see nothing wrong with that. Not everything needs to be available for everyone especially those who don't want to put any efforts in the process. Call it grind or RNG, its part of a MMORPG after all, dammit.

RNG is ok in some circumstances, but the level of RNG for these items is ridiculous. When your server only has 2 of the items up for sale and 10 or more mil for one piece, something's gotta give.

I can say the same for you about the cash shop. Suck it up it's here and it's not going anywhere. :/ But that's insulting and gets us nowhere. Maybe more insults but that's silly and childish.
