1080p60 cheap pc build

1) My PC build can run FFXIV at 1080p and 60fps:
- Everywhere

2) Other settings (visual effects, drivers...):
- Maximum


5) The PC build is:
- CPU - i7 4790
- GPU - GTX 980ti
- RAM - 8GB 2666Mhz - Dual Channel

This is while Playing @ 4K Resolution, so I imagine 1080p would be much higher.

Because FFXIV is primarily CPU Bound when pushing for a constant 60FPS this is the build that you could work with.

i7 (Quad with Hyperthreading - Ivybridge or better)
8 GB of Ram - FFXIV does prefer higher ram speeds so 2133Mhz or better
GPU - GTX 1060(maybe GTX 1050ti?) or RX 480 (RX 470?)

You can pair an i7 with a much cheaper GPU and achieve the contant 60 FPS at 1080p.

You can also use an i5 IvyBridge or newer for a near constant 60FPS but there will be dips in highly populated areas due to the lack of Hyperthreading.

currently running an odd setup buddy replaced all his stuff and gave me his old things not that im complaining lol went form athlon 22o to fx 9590 and a gt 430 to a 780ti sc


60+ no issues anywhere

Do you know how low your framerate falls at Idyllshire? Is it getting close to 60fps or do you have much more? (ie. is your build extra powerful or is it still required for Idyllshire?) An i7 6700K is quite expensive!
You mention hyperthreading: is it like multithreading?
Dreaming noob question: have you tested your CPU's integrated graphics? Is it nowhere near capable or could it run the game at lowest settings?

FFXIV required build is kinda roller coaster depending in where you are in game
If developers shared a 1080p60 Idyllshire required build, your site would be really helpful
