    Do you mind me asking at what time you placed your order? I ask because I also ordered something yesterday on the 3rd of November, around 16:00 CET and have yet to recieve my code. Hopefully I get it sometime today, or tomorrow at the latest.

    I received the order confirmation email from Amazon on November 3rd at 06:57 CET.
    Received shipping confirmation and code on November 4th at 03:13 CET.

    When the item is shipped they will send you the code
