As others have said. The biggest challenge of floors 101-200 should be the gameplay, NOT finding a party.
This needs fixing.

Make it happen.
This need to be implemented ASAP. It's impossible to find parties with this much commitment and it often disbands before floor 120.
Rescheduling is impossible?
With 3 other random people from PF that live in different timezones? Yes, kind of impossible.
To be honest, we don't need matched party options, just let we begin from 101+ when we unlock it and then from 150+ when we get there.
The problem right now is finding a party with enough commitment to run 50-100 without wipes. I had a group yesterday, we spent 3 hours getting to floor 100+ and the ninja left at floor 110 without saying anything. This kills the enjoyment of the rest of the party and is a waste of everyone's time.

Without the benefits that Savage has that help to motivate a group to stay together (promising days/weeks/months of progression and advancement instead of a one-and-done PotD save file that is over when it's over, whether you win or lose, promising/requiring between 4 and ten hours of gameplay, no more and no less, and offering valuable gear/character progression instead of disposable Aetherpool +1s and cosmetics/novelty items), yes, "rescheduling" is as good as impossible.
The commitment and organization required is grossly disproportionate to the content that requires it. Restrictions this heavy-handed on something like PotD are basically akin to being required to file your taxes on the spot to order a burger at McDonald's. Everybody "could" do that, but almost nobody actually would, and there's no reason to require it.
If it's queueing through duty or raid finder, it's not social because you'll most likely never meet then again. Unless you possibly try to crack jokes, chit chat, and so on, than arguably it is.
Savage doesn't even need that, if a savage group disbands after 2 hours, you have gained experience in the fight and have made progress, you can then take that in with a different group. Compare savage to getting to floor 140, then getting another group, jumping back to floor 130, then getting to 170 etc. You do not reset your progress with raiding, because raiding progress is dictated by muscle memory and knowledge of the fight.
This is arguably much harder to form groups for than savage, and we all know how easy it is to get savage groups........
There's a group that's right and then there's a group of people who want to feel special for doing something that doesn't make them special at all while defending even the worst of SE's decisions.
i recognise that maybe 1 in 100 people (like you) actually have a dedicated group of people that they tackle all contents with, these... friends... you speak of ... and so this design choice is nothing to be troubled about for you. because you won the damned lottery ... good for you!...
But gating content to only the select lucky few who play this game with dedicated friends is absurd.
I've been looking forward to this for months ... and now it's out and i haven't even played it yet.
... and chances are a month from now i will still have not played it...
Yet i am a player who would have dived in on day one and played 10 hours at a time on it happily.
One who would not scoff at any degree of difficulty no matter how great.
This has nothing to do with being a casual interest player or a serious interest one in this content.
No one can play it unless they are specifically and highly unusually lucky in ways that have zero bearing on the content or their skill level.
