Pal-less Palace II is bugged

I recently completed floors 1-100 solo with 0 KO's. However upon finishing the 100th floor I only received the Pal-less Palace I achievement.

I've seen another person who cleared all 100 who is also dealing with the same issue.

I started the file fresh today on floor 1 and didn't leave palace until I cleared the 100th floor

Burned through the first 50 floors solo and I didn't get even the first version.

Also got this bug, fresh save post-3.45 and it unlocked Pal-Less Palace 1 instead of 2.

I'd imagine it's the first floors you do on a new save file. So doing Floors 1-50 without dying is your first floors but say if you died on Floor 35. Then Floor 30-35 will be your 2nd try going through those floors.

It's just a different way of saying "clear floors 1-50" or "clear floors 1-100"

I finished 1-100 solo and got no achievement.
Proceeding to 101 to unlock it through the aforementioned method was not possible as I had two KOs.

Hopefully this will be hotfixed before I lose my patience and make a new save.
