I know I am. I refuse to pay for the game in its current state. As fun as it is, I think I'll just pay for a month whenever they release a new patch to check out the state of the game.

I doubt I'll do it for every patch, lol. Just the ones that seem worth looking into.

If they release a major patch every 2 months, he would still be paying half of what you pay. A month is enough time to get accustomed to the changes and then leave before the next month's pay period starts.

Ideally I would have liked to see them wait a little longer, at the very least until 1.21, but I will support SE as long as they keep up the great work. They've really stepped up communication since FFXI and have responded really well with community demands. They gave us over a year of free service for a game most of us probably bought with the intentions of paying a monthly fee anyways. The game isn't perfect, but you can't deny that SE has really stepped it up and have been doing a great job to make the best of a shitty situation.

They deserve at least a couple months of sub fees.
