Sure I'm not on a lot, but I have over level 24 Squad members but there's ALWAYS two points off on one of the stats I need and when I do send them out I always come back with a mission failure even though I have MORE than enough stats on the other stats.

Gives us a bloody percent or something better to work with the stats! I can't rank up for my GC because of this.

for the rank up level 20/40 missions you MUST have all 3 stats equal or more than what is required otherwise you will fail it. if you are close try shuffling a few members around and do the training to move your stats around to see if that works or just keep sending them out and training everyday to level them up so that they do meet the reqs. all the other missions if you have 2/3 reqs met you can just yolo it and you'll prob succeed at it.

It is true. You must have all 3 stats for those 2 missions (20 and 40). For the rest it is enough to have 2/3, but those two "quest" missions must have all 3 stats over.

Heck they fail level 35 missions as well, rather silly for a retainer like system

It's a time killer and they did give out some nice concepts for the future in Fan Fest, so worth it just do daily and let it ride. Just takes patience. Don't give up guys... Proof you are squad leaders :P

Yeah I had to use the comprehensive to up levels for a few days and finally when my people are 45 was I able to adjust the stats enough for the mission to succeed.

Okay, finally got the mission to succeed at level 44 MRD, ACN, ARC, CNJ. I don't think I will be doing this ever again due to it being super frustrating.

There is literally NOTHING I can do to get past the first Lv20 mission.

I got 7 recruits now, but no combos seem to get it so all three stats are met. I'm always 1 or 2 and then like 11 points off and if I do any training with them I go over on one point and I screw up the other two!

Why the HELL do we not have more control over this? Let me at LEAST pick one or just a number of Squad members to train so I get a better standing on the stats, but nope. I'm getting REALLY angry with this now. How many people have gotten to First Lieutenant so far? Sure I haven't played around with this a lot, but come on!

I can't seem to get a break here. How many levels do they need to go up to automatically increase their own stats without training to mess with it?
