I like a more arcade feel when I pvp, action packed, more hit and run. PvP in this game isn't really like that. Requiring pve rotations and priorities in a pvp fight is boring imo. Instead of making a pvp zone that the pve players are going to complain about not being able to explore, I would much rather they "fix" current pvp, fix the pvp gear/reward system, and new match types.

Their new match types are bland copy pastes of their recent ones. Frontlines has an amazing looking map that no one rarely uses but the bases and the central area. Slaughter is basically, wait for nodes, hit them, hope your team don't get double teamed. Secure, same thing, now you get a bigger node at some point and a base that may or may not get captured for some points. Siege is get to the randomly spawning node for points and hope you don't get pummeled by the two teams. Yeah there's tactics to know when to gtfo but its not really a tactic if its a natural response to gtfo when your getting/about to get your ass handed to you by two teams. Sieze is Siege but cold and hit-able nodes that pop at random.....I've concluded they don't have any innovation when it comes to PvP.

If they did give us a Open World PvP server, the community would be given the torch for self sustaining PvP opportunities, including being ganked (cry me a river). What PvErs don't realize is when you have a PvP Server your more aware and open to your surroundings. Stressful you say? No shet sherlock, you can be ninja shanked in a split second, but thats thrill of it. When your daily routine of farming apricots suddenly gets interrupted after you notice a group sweeping the areas for targets, you freak the heck out and set off to a nearby town or get far enough to teleport and warn your buddies. Perhaps you had ninjas you payed for protection in the shadows just for this and ambushed the group. That's another thing about PvP communities. When your thrown into what seems like a chaotic cesspool players, communities form very quick if not from the start. Some small just to get around, some large for greater purposes like giving new PvPers a group of buds and some just to make your PvP experience be one to remember, for better or for worse.

Balances? Yep, PvP is imbalanced, and that makes it better. Do you not realize we need people to do just about anything in this game? So where's the same sympathy of BS for PvP? First off, don't wander alone, second, don't stand in the open, third, don't wander away from your group. Unless your really confident and don't have anxiety from pixels on a screen you can go off into the PvP over worlds alone. Healer against healer is impossible? DONT DO IT. Healer vs dps is a nightmare? DONT DO IT. Fluid Aura that jerk, run, bait purify and swiftcast sleep, gtfo. Gang of Dps got the drop on you, should have followed the friggen rules. Why are you alone!?

Another thing PvP Overworlds usually have is a karma system. Being good may not have anything but being a baddy could give you some punishing effects, not like making you weaker, but perhaps giving you a deeper death penalty, and if SE went the extra mile we could carry knocked out villain players and turn them in for points. This is how communities band together. Its not all black and white (in terms of PVE and PVP I mean). If they did add PvP Overworlds it'd do the game some good allowing it to grow more personality. Right now its grind for this to get that and that for this that'll come in the future and this for glamour. How about grinding to defend yourself from getting pummeled. Its alot more rewarding, but thats my opinion. /rant
