Was there any confirmation on stopping win trading and alts getting to the top? I stopped the feast back in 3.2 after one week because I already knew something like this would happen given past experiences in the Wolves Den. Once those are addressed I might go back to the feast. Not gonna try if I know people are just going to cheat their way to the top again. The salt is not worth 10 mb of data. Thanks but no thanks SE.

No thanks. They don't really stop the win trading and cheating. I don't really care...tried the pvp many times, but its always the same outcome.

Did they ever do something about those boosters a few months back? Last I heard they got the reward for that season anyways with no repercussion in terms of GM involvement.

Wintraders got removed from ranking page and lost all rating further more they received a warning/ban on their ffxiv account. So ppl dont even try to wintrade x)

PvP Feast Rewards are pointless for a simple reason: Win Trading

And most people who play Ranked is for E-peen Leaderboards only, not because they care bout the rewards.

You can get multiple warnings on your account before you get a temp ban, losers will keep cheating, or they wouldn't have done it in the first place.

It happened with Triple Triad, it happened with the Feast, and will keep happening.

Even if for a miracle old Wintraders didn't cheat again, there will be new even if just for this mount.

Kinda funny rewards are pointless cause of wintraders who get resetted and banned anyway? So savage rewards are pointless too because people buy clears etc.? super logic there

I know but Im just saying whats the point of wintrading if u get a warning and ban + dont get the rewards (btw you can receive only 1 warning then it goes straight 24hr>72>perma depending how hard perma or a ban can be faster)? Also PvPers already know each other mostly if someone is in top ranks for the first time and no one saw that name before its kinda obvious that they wintraded. Also in savage raids you have

I dont get people its available in season 3+4 you have time to get better and try in season4 there are mounts/gear etc. I will never get cause I dont do certain content why should it be a bad thing that stuff I like get finally nice rewards (the gear was nice too but still). People are like "blabla bla I cant get it " but there are other mounts locked behind pvp and no one cared about it. Yes sure its locked behind the top players and alts of the top players take up spots but thats what they get for spending time in pvp to get better etc.ppl complain there is no incentive for players to do pvp but since feast season 1 there is people just dont want to put time in it to get better.

Source? There were like 8-10 ppl in light party on EU chaos datacentre who wintraded one of them were even #1 (never did pvp before and ppl posted chat logs of them how they setting up ) Guess what they all disappeared.

I can call out all of them but since I would receive a ban for that I dont

Still doesn't mean people won't keep doing it, not everyone knows the consequences of doing it, and like i said new people will jump into the Feast just for the mount.

Anyway it'll be a grind, because it's limited in quantity so people will grind it to make sure they have a spot in the leaderboards.

I've grinded my ADS on Adders (EU), by far the hardest alliance to get Wins on EU, but i didn't give up, i still use the mount today.

I don't see anything special about this mount, i guess SE is just trying to throw a bone and see how many will go for it, because let's be honest, previous rewards were awful in the Feast.

Your opinion I personally like the coat from season 1. I played on EU server until recently I know how adders is but the point is you cant really grind the hellhound mount like this and when ppl realise it they will most likely stop trying. Sure people will still try to wintrade but they will stop after getting first penalty.
