Looked through the thread and found nothing more than a link to the IR page with no direct links, skimmed through a few reports and found no mention of a larger budget being allocated to MMO projects either. The thread seems like a poorly done joke, I mean...

The thread you linked states it's nothing more than a rumour, do you know which report it is specifically? The last time someone asked it was said that the report would be published to the public in a few days, but that hasn't happened.
