Sooooo Nini, after 15min of chat and 10 on the phone here are the infos xD
According to her, you'll get the code once your game is shipped or the day after (the Zelda one for instance) cause there is no other restrictions appart from the, no pre-order, 20€, the "no digitals" and the Amazon.fr
She thinks maybe the person you spoke to did not quit understand the issue.
If you get your game but don't get the code you can contact them again so they'll call the promotion service to see why you did not recieved them.
If then you decide you don't want your game anymore because no codes, you can then send them it back and ask for a refund

When did you email GamesMaster? I was in a similar position, as I live in Japan but have an EU account. Bought and had all of them shipped to me here. Well, I at least tried to. The first one arrived a month after ordering, the second never turned up so after a month they sent out a new one which also took a month to get here and the third, despite buying it minutes after it being released was never dispatched. Ended up having a friend buy the magazine and send out the codes to me (luckily he was able to find one still in the shops!). I only got all of my codes together a few weeks ago but I got my white chocobo a couple of days ago. Just takes them a while to respond. I'd say if it has been more than a few weeks to send them another email about it.

Thank you for your reply! *hugs* I had waited for about one month for each magazine and sent out my first email on Oct.1st. I re-sent the email to them (after having read their tweet) on the 23rd but still got no reply... Seems that they've sent out a wave of codes by Sept. 23rd but no news after that. Tbh I'm not sure if 3 weeks' long enough for their time of reply but a friend of mine just suggested me re-sending an email every 3 days or so... sounds like a crazy idea but will work... maybe? (Hope I do not need to do it.)
Btw, is it just a photo of the 3 codes or does it have to be a selfie? Cuz in the magazine they did not mention the selfie at all...

Definitely doesn't have to be a selfie. I just sent a photograph of the three code sheets and I got the chocobo code quite quickly (I was in the first or second batch). My friend sent his picture a lot later and had to wait several weeks for a reply. It seems that they go through them in batches and it can take a while so good luck!

This is the most exciting news I've got so far for today - maybe even this week - thank you! So no need to worry about my photo then! I've even asked them to put another email address of mine on copy when re-sending the email in case of no matter what... Guess I can just sit down and wait now.

It worked! My game will arrive on the 2nd of November and today I got my codes

The codes are usually not transferable & doing so would be a breach of the terms and conditions of the promotion. They're also not sellable.
