I would imagine the new Job Quest givers will be in Rhalgr's Reach like they were in Ishgard for HW.

Most likely yes, but I said: on the off chance SE doesn't gate the new jobs. You know, by allowing them at level 30. That would put them in the 2.0 areas. Dancers have a long history in Thanalan.

It's possible, certainly, but it's also possible the new player hub will be located in an area easily accessible by players that are not yet level 60. If Rhalgr's Reach is located one zone over from the Black Shroud, for instance (just going off the stylized map of Eorzea), like how Ishgard bordered Coerthas Central Highlands, they can have the Job Quest givers in the new main hub while also not gating them behind content.

Yeah but the new main hub will be gated behind content. They said we will learn how we cross the wall in 3.5

To throw a wrench in that particular argument, due to trouble balancing Scholar against Summoner, the devs have said that they are not going to ever have branching jobs again.

Well, I do believe they're planning on adjusting the battle system....
That could have the possibility of making job splitting viable for them.

She did a move similar to shoulder tackle before he did something like that. Those are moves she already know, so some foundation of martial arts must be known to her already. :/ Also I was talking about that weird picture.

She then did the little step thing and did her own version of shoulder tackle.
