    I really hope you're not support.
    Anyway, they said they refused to give me a refund.
    But there are plenty of other ways to help.
    Mogstation credit? Gil? A mount?
    Anything, honestly.
    I cannot think of anywhere else that would just say "be more careful" if you purchase the wrong thing.
    Especially if it is something I have not used, and is only digital.
    It's very poor customer service.

    I don't know of any other store or company that offers refunds for DIGITAL goods, so no, it's not poor customer service, you made a mistake.

    Companies typically offer refunds for their own faults, not their customer's.

    I don't know why you'd expect some exception, especially for something that is 100% user error

    There's also a HUGE disclaimer whenever you make a purchase tied to one character. If I recall, it warns of attaching the purchase to the wrong character, and that they're not going to be able to fix it if you do. So you ignored the ToS AND the disclaimer?
