A healer did that on a Ex roulette. He died before could reach me after pull those extra mobs he pulled ahead. Of course I died too, not only beause he was far away doing the tank job, but also seems he cosidered more important go get extra mobs than HEAL the tank. Then he supposed it is my fault. Sorry but not. You suicide yourself, not blame others for that. If you want finish a dungeon in 5 minutes get a party of friends and speedrun to hell everything and let people in DF in peace.

Getting sick of the limit in post.

I remembered I complained about people doing that when I was tanking on my DRK. I don't know why people do that and think it's ok. I told them they can tank, and they complained and I told them " If you want to tank LEVEL ONE! " People are just selfish cause it's all about "their" time and yours doesn't matter. Next time it happens to me I'mma start doing their job and stop doing mine.See how they like it.

Just had my first kick from a dungeon .. ever! ... after years of playing mmos.

Im not the best player out there, im not the worst. Im very respectful, friendly. I play games to have fun.

Decided to level my long forgotten Bard level 35. Hadnt touched it in months. Queued DF - popped Temple of Qarn.
Other 3 players overlevelled, synced to level 37. Tank was a WAR level 60 cant remember the dps and healer.
We say hellos, everything goes well we do first boss no problems.

Then that part with the heads appear that you need to take one head to each glowing platform. I just put my dots on each of them thinking it would give enough time. Tank loses agro.. on both .... to me (mind you after i checked this tank had majority of jobs completed and was level 60. I am actual level 35 with low gear). As i got agro I go to correct position for the heads but during the situation of "losing agro getting agro back" ... the heads arent positioned correctly... they die and then come alive again...
No biggy I thought it happens...

Then on chat appears from tank "GOOD JOB KUPPO!!"
Normally i never respond .. i just ignore but i did write. "Well a tank synced to level 37 that loses agro on adds to level 35 Bard ... What is your level again?"

No response.. few seconds later .......... Duty has finished!!

I was KICKED!!!

No conversation, no warning .. nothing.
Now probably i could have just waited for tank to position the heads completely and not do any DPS.. but him being a level 60 WAR i just thought i would be speeding up just putting my dots only. They had to be a group of friends i gather.

Butthole tank giving people problems.

Another example of the me me me issue people have in this game. Not you mind you, the tank you had to deal with. If he wasn't trying to be sonic he would've be able to fix the issue and move on. But NOPE, he lost aggro and had to run back to do something that cost at what? 2 mins? I'm glad you filed that report so good on you . What is up with people trying to speed run everything? There's no excuse, if you need to go do something, don't que for a dungeon then. Sorry you had to deal with that tank.

Day Whatever of trying to get my A11 drop.

Nope, clearing this is apparently still impossible. Between a new tank who refused to pick up the E.D.D, letting it smack the healers around whenever it came up, and who thought the GA-100 marker signaled a stacking mechanic, therefore killing me and only me by trying to stack with me, healers who kept getting themselves killed by whatever and therefore couldn't keep up with Prey (which, of 4 possible targets, chose to target me, the only one with Weakness from being killed by the tank...) and DPS who, upon dying, just go back to the start, either accidentally or claiming that we wouldn't be able to clear it before enrage...

The urge to just curl up and cry in despair is tempting.

I am in the same boat as you. I know the mechanics backwards and forwards. I mean, I know it so well it feels like a nice dance now.

But I simply cannot get into a group where people are the same way. And to make matters worse, people vote abandoned after the second wipe.

So, I bought my ilvl 250 lance and called it the day. Ill grind out my relic when patch 3.45 drops.

I'll keep trying until the end of this month but I won't expect much at this point.
My dps is somehow higher than a lot of people that have sophia weapons though so.. I might not need sophia weapon after all.
But that Lanner is so majestic...

As I'm respawning, tank spams the chat with " monk turn fire fist off" repeatedly. But why?! Oh I see, because it causes the tank to lose aggro with my additional dps! And right as I'm explaining that fire fists = more dps = faster we can finish dungeon, healer snarkily remarks "oh, one of those elitists mentors, learn how to be a team player!" and they both leave

I wish I had some crazy stories to share, all of my runs go pretty smooth

Hate to be that guy, but you goofed... shouldn't toss a dot onto those adds until the tank moves them. They die too quick and they'd have to fight with a lot of flashes. They also flash the 2 and position, so they don't have much aggro to begin with (because the heads are so weak).

I had an... interesting A7 run. 5 new people, 1 of them from my FC. Ok cool, see what happens. I'm healing as WHM, SCH is relying on eos WAY too much... We wipe twice, pointing out where things go wrong. This freaking bard.... he'd get a cage marker and proceed to hug all of us, tho we said several times "GET AWAY". This whole time, the other DPS were ignoring the small adds (come on, unless told otherwise killing adds isn't new) and the DRG refused to stun the paralysis AOE. Was one heck of a facepalm run...

A good tank would've still handled the problem better than he did. There is no excuse for his actions, you don't get to be a dick just cause a 2 second delay happened. Get aggro, control the issue and move on. Crying like a baby cause you lost hate is not the answer. He was a bad tank for his actions.
