That first screen shot is... Wow
Word cannot express how amazed i am. If they can make the same game i've been playing for a year look like that... Idk...
Personally I like some of FFXIV's softer look over the sharp edge look of that screen shot. But i like those lighting effects and the intensity, definitely a picture i can flash around and easily get people interested in the game.
Since they are adding more customization options...do people who already created their characters get to change them? Would suck to have to start over lol
I think this is the first time in the videogame history a game wil be remade COMPLETELY. I never expected something like this.. a new engine too. The best thing could be happen. I'm in total awe.. and have an headhache lol.
The more I look at this, the more insane it gets. I think a lot of people, myself included, had been wondering if this game was salvageable, and leaning toward thinking it wasn't.
This changes everything. I had expected some changes to the game, but not this. This is like a whole new game with the same name. The concept art doesn't even look like what we're playing now.
I'd been wondering if this game would even exist a couple years from now. Little did I know that instead of scrapping it down the line a little way, they were going to quadruple-down and rock everyone's faces off.
I don't agree with the server party thing that just seem like it becoming like wow be in the city all day then party with people around the worlds.

I assume if you can play 14 now on basic/mid settings you should be ok with 2.0
