I can confirmed you can be banned for ANYTHING. This point can't be made enough.

Agreed. which is why people should resist the urge to pop off at each other, refrain from really heavy sarcasm and knock off the swearing, even if you deliberately do not swear, but instead use dingbat characters for comic effect (no, seriously, I'm not kidding).

Funny cause thats what I got banned for. You might be able to find the post too, as it was only like a week ago lol. On topic tho, I don't think I have anyone that falls into any of those. I have topics that hit buttons with me but not people. The dancer/monk debate is a BIG eye twitch for me atm but I was banned so I couldn't post. And let me tell you that is the WORST! I wanted nothing but to state my case and be done but I was banned. So now that it's pretty much over and done the fire has died lol.

But I have topics that hit those not so much people. I'm odd.

I'm not here enough to stalk....lurk on anyone. I like reading Enkidoh, Anonymoose, and Kosmos992k. I don't think I found anyone that I 100% agree with on everything but I genuinely like the discussions we all have and the vast majority of the people on the forums are lovely and reasonable.

I don't have a nemesis. That's a two way relationship in my mind - so if you consider myself my nemesis then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

On the ban topic, I've eaten a forum ban like many of you have. No idea for what, but I've gotten one. I did ask via email and phone to SE Support and never got an answer. Suffice to say, it doesn't take much obviously.

Yep, but I've not posted there in a while unfortunately. But I am building a stock of lovely screen shots, I just need time to edit them, and sadly my tablet died due to an elbow (mine) leaning on it by mistake, bending the casing and destroying the screen and digitizer....total loss - RIP Sony Xperia Tablet Z, you're missed...

Back on topic, there are a few additional names I'd like to mention who's names I recognize and therefore will draw my attention (in addition to Cammi);

Miles Saintsborough, Kaurie, King Canadane, Enkidoh, Jynx and many others, some of whom might be surprised I'd list them.

I want to mention the thing that makes me smile a lot (other than incredibly pretty Miqo'te...yes I will be back to the screenshots soon) - I can (and have) argued (aka passionate discussions) with some regular posters here, about issues that have gone on for pages and pages. Yet, the truth under it all is, that arguing with people who care about the game and what they are saying, is very enjoyable - precisely because they care as much as I do or more. A lot of people in the real world argue not because of passion, but because they just want to oppose or annoy. Here, people generally do really care ab out what they are discussing. It's sometimes maddening, but it's always refreshing, and when I look back it's also one of the things that brings me back to the forum every day.

Most of the people on the lore forum - at least those capable of having a mature, civil debate - as well as the likes of Pomelo here in the general discussion board who make coming here fun. I do hope there's some sort of 'cross realm visit' system implemented in the future so people from other servers can communicate more easily with each other.

I've only really gotten suspended a few times, but usually because I insulted someone pretty directly. I've actually posted a lot of controversial stuff but nothing that broke any rules. As long as you're not malicious you tend to be able to post critical/controversial/whatever stuff. Sometimes, though, it can be hard not to be... upfront.

Don't really have a nemesis or a BFF, but there are a few posters I think are pretty solid - Launched, Sweetgrass, Sarcatica... honestly anyone who consistently posts on the Tank section. I may not agree with everything they say, but they usually know how to explain their side articulately.

The only name that comes to mind for me as far as notable members go is Anonymoose, because gosh darn it I love me some lore and he's akin to a walking Encyclopedia Eorzea. But to be honest I'm terrible at remembering names, I tend to recognise players I've seen before by their signature and I don't lurk much beyond the odd post here and there.

There is one user who draws an eye roll from me when I see their posts, but I won't be petty enough to name them.
