Any official information on Lalafell children?

I doubt it counts, but, there's a family outside of the CNJ guild with a child that uses a lala model, I believe. Except, their parents are standing right next to them arguing with another bystander, and they aren't lalafells, but Elezen! (Just more proof that everyone else is an offshoot of the glorious master race, m'nyesss.)

It was an odd sight and I recall thinking that maybe they just needed a child model and used the next smallest thing with pointy ears, but I never went back to get a better look. Anybody else passing through there?

An Elezen, a midlander and a Lalafell. Doesn't look like a family to me - more like concerened bystanders. The downcast Elezen man might be the one who is most intimately involved.

There is a scene in the Gold Saucer wherein a Hyur girl and a Lalafell in the same dress are squaring off about a talent show or something. I got the impression they were the same age, so there's another in-game example of a Lalafellin youngster for ya.
