Nope. Mog Station items are not tradeable or sellable on the marketboard. You cannot buy them and sell them in game.

To the two people above me, the halloween furniture you could get in past events are NOT market prohibited. There are people who have stocked up and are selling them on the marketboard.

And to the people defending wallpaper being one time use, halloween is a yearly event. There are a good number of people who would not want to switch to a holiday-specific wallpaper if it becomes destroyed after use and the prior wallpaper is also destroyed. It is much easier to do something like swap out a table for halloween table, and no destruction is needed in order to decorate your home for the holiday.
