Question on Squadron recruitement

I can't think of anything you're doing wrong, however there are certain challenges in the challenge log that don't give a chance of a recruit. Beast Tribe Quests, Retainer Ventures, Companions, Player Commendation, Wondrous Tails, and Overall Completion challenge log categories don't give a chance to recruit, so if most of the challenges you've completed fall in these categories then that could be a reason.

Otherwise it's probably just bad rng. Some of my FC mates had a similar hard time.

Ok, this maybe be the reason combined with bad rng; I always completed the challenge logs "wounderous tail", "Beast tribes", "companions", "Retainer Ventures" that fall according your post under the "Non considered" categories. Hope Goldsaucer, crafting/gathering challenges will count, because these ones I do as well every week.

I don't believe its bad rng, at least for the first recruitment. Personally, i got my first after 1-2 challenges (for dungeons) but 25?

Maybe if you train them once?

I cannot not train them, because i have only 3 people available; or do I miss here something completely?
