Thancred attire

Couldn't find a post on this, so I'm going to complain myself. Purchased myself the Thancred attire and I'm super dissapointed that you're unable to dye it. I hope they change this because for $15, it should be dyable. Don't think that's a tough request. I even looked all over to see if it was dyeable or not and found nothing on it. Meh oh well.

All NPC attire in the Mogstation is undyeable which that sucks because if I glamour my gear to that attire, I hate to run across someone with the same outfit as me; one of us will have to change =.=

Ah I didn't realize it was like that. I've never purchased NPC attire myself. It's a shame it's like that though. Don't think it should be an issue to dye clothes you purchase, but what can ya do. Maybe they'll change it one day.

The lightning and snow outfits are dyable luckily

It's worth noting that the Lightning and Snow outfits, as well as the Valentione outfit, were made dyeable when they were put up on the mogstation, having NOT been dyable when their respective events initially ran. So there IS a precedent for these sorts of items being made dyeable after the fact.

While I personally think everything on the mogstation is ludicrously overpriced anyway, making the $15 outfits at least dyable would go a ways toward making the pirce seem less unreasonable, at least? I was trying to convince myself that I'd still respect myself the morning after if I spent that much on Thancred's outfit (Which I really do like), but when I found out it wasn't dyable I just couldn't do it.

if you looked at the item on lodestone, it would show you if it's dyable or not.

Hopefully they will make it (and other NPC attire) dyable at some point. Honestly for the price tag everything on the Mogstation should be dyable.
