Has there been news for a season 3 Feast yet?

...since season 2 will be ending in a few weeks when servers go down for 3.45 maint' which is Halloween / Nov 1st.

By looking at the leaderboard activity lately, there is some action, but a few data centers seem to be stagnant.

Season 2 should be ending a week before 3.45(rankings frozen) and season 3 will begin right away after maintenance if they follow last season's schedule.

That's not true last season didn't ended 1week before it ended when servers went off lol. But yeah the rankings were frozen a week before doesn't really seem like they will do it again at least there isn't a announcement yet.

I'm more interested in if there will be a pre-season for Season 3 ... but so far mum's the word on pretty much everything relating to season 3 and the end of season 2. I haven't seen or heard any official info on next season start up/end dates, pre-seasons, or point freezes etc. All we know for sure is that now is the crunch time for anyone still within or close to the bottom 50 of the top 100. Looks like queues have started to pick up a bit more in that regard as well, so it's on for the last minute shuffle.

So I guess there will be a blackout period on the leaderboard (cannot monitor points activity) Oct 25 til Nov 1st, meaning, if you were close to being kicked out you and not active there is no way to know if you were knocked out at the last minute. XD Despite this, I'm sitting at #93, and one loss or a streak of losses would boot me out of contention. Still though, I'm not gonna take the risk, and just keep my fingers crossed.

Maybe they will change the setup on how the behavior of point rankings in season 3/4 and so on.

Since i catapulted on a save spot i didnt play rated anymore and since its almost Season end im not going to risk anything^^ Im a little Surprised though that they changed the Appearance of the Feast Set. But yeah.... they said nothing about a 3rd Season. Maybe they will do some work on the Queuesystem since the one last season was a complete Fail.

I dont think so. It never ends well if people get forced to something and the PvP com is already very small.

SE if you're paying attention to this: Do NOT start start Season 3 immediately, at the same time you add the next relic step and additional floors of Palace of the Dead

I can only speak for myself here, but as I really wanted to get into the Feast early and work my way up, any time I even tried to experience and enjoy PotD, I only did so halfway, constantly feeling like it was time taken away from the Feast as well as other things. I ultimately sat at floors 41-50 for about a month, deciding to instead focus on my bigger goal of ranking in the Feast. I'm looking forward to both the Feast Season 3 and Palace of the Dead, but don't make me have to choose which to enjoy right away, when there's opportunity to avoid doing so with minimal impact.

I wouldn't mind this as well since I took a break for half a year, came back and just last week finally caught up with finishing relic, only to have a new step next week. It's nice for once to hit the ground running on this quest/upgrade line for once! =D

I won't forget the first week of feast season 2 starting, so much pvp in the den it made my head spin. A small break from feast, that and maybe work on Knight of Glory title doing FL's (if ppl even que) as well as PotD and relic will have more than enough content to keep busy. The new ranking in PotD also seems like another cool feature to make Pve kinda e-peen competitive which is fresh as well.
