Shipping Costs for the Lore Book are insane [EU]

I didn't get a chance to check the shipping to my country for the book, but for a €30 plush the only shipping option is DHL for a cost of €20 so I'm assuming the €45 book will cost me at least €30 in shipping. It's just utterly ridiculous. Especially since UK shipping is so cheap in comparison.

I'd gladly have a slower option besides DHL that doesn't cost such a ridiculous amount. I don't mind waiting a little longer for my stuff to arrive if it means I'll actually be able to afford it.

As someone who reguraly ships boxes from us to uk the shipping companies have gotten quiet bad for cost. I've increased from 30 bucks for 4 pounds in weight to almost 75 in 3 years... but with that said.. Eu SE should have an EU warehouse... so unless this book weighs 4 pounds and is coming from japan or USA the cost is the being raised by "someone" far too much

So the price for me in Denmark is just over 80 Euro for the book + shipping, with 35 euro being for the up to 7-day transport by DHL. This is BS, at the company I work for we send packages daily to all over the EU. We can send a small package (which a 3 lb book is) halfway across the EU for half that price with a 2-day economy transport.

What would be nice is not being forced into viewing whatever site SE deems appropriate - I can't even order it because I'm in Japan (but want the English version). I have a UK address I want it sent to, but I can't access the UK store, only the EU one. Hope I can get my family to order it for me before it sells out :/

Do VPNs help at all on that? Pretty sure you can do that to gain access to other countries stores elsewhere, like with iTunes and whatnot.

Yeah I went through a few VPNs and they weren't working, but after clearing my cache on google chrome Hola started working again and I got on the UK site. On the waiting list now so hopefully will get an email when they print/sell more! They are actually still available on the Japanese store but my Japanese just isn't good enough to fully appreciate all that lore!

Look on the bright side, at least you all live in a location that can buy the book. The Australian store doesn't even acknowledge it exists, and it won't let me shift onto another store.

Same issue for Canada. $49.99 for the book; $30.99 for the shipping. And that's in US currency to boot. I forget which item, but one apparently cost more to ship than the item itself.

How I wish amazon carry this (and the Odin figurine)... NA SE store doesn't ship it to where I'm currently located... T-T
