My first character in WoW to reach 110 was my 90-boosted Restoration Shaman from Warlords of Draenor. I run Mythic+ dungeons and raid on that character weekly, despite having never touched the bulk of the game's leveling content. It's quite possible to be good without being the Scion's bag-boy for 60 levels, I assure you. Your desire to discriminate against players for your narrow-minded perception otherwise makes you look ignorant, to be frank.

My final thoughts on the subject are basically this: Square is a business. They want to make money. If skip potions are added, it's because the devs perceive that the monetary gain from then will be much higher than potential community backlash, much like when they added the Mogstation, and keep adding more and more expensive items to it each go-around. They may never add it, but I doubt it's because they give a crap about preserving anyone's "leveling relevance" - they just figure they eke more sub money out of players ATM than they might earn from the cost of skip potions.

I'll be curious to see what direction this goes with 4.0, though.
