1rst lieutenants reporting for duty!

i doubt it the mission are level 40 we can safetly guess that the max level is 50...

I thought in another post talking about squadron chemistry there were examples of chemistry that didn't come into effect until they were above level 50? Will try and hunt out the post in question

EDIT: while I can't for the life of me find the post about it, the incredibly awesome squadron calculator (http://ffxivsquadron.com) does list "Above level 50" as one of the chemistry conditions.
