that's because it's already been discussed. and it's most likely the new Garlean Antagonist. there's a bigger picure where you can see his 3rd eye, that all garleans have. and his design is very much like the other garlean bosses we fought so far.

my thought exactly :x every garlean boss have bulky armor even when they are not tank :x
