I read it as if your a dps you can either cross class certain abailities from any dps class, or that all dps classes will be given a menu of skills to be from such as invigorate, b4b etc without having to raise other class's up

Ye I think so too, would have been odd making all melee and TP based job a need to crossclass withLNCR for invigorate or all tanks provoke from PLD, I still think you'll have to level the jobs first to unlock them though, but I might be wrong
