Changes to additional skills.

I think certain moves will be tied to roles instead of classes/jobs. Example provoke will be a role skill instead of a gladiator skill.

They also said they are combining and getting rid of the most unused skills.

Thanks gods. Surecast is literally the one ability that I never use. If it can be changed to be useful, I might consider putting it back on my hotbar.
