I dunno. While I'm going to try and not get my hopes up, I feel like its very possible that was dancer. If only because of the differences in style between the two fighters there. The woman in red was alot more free flowing with her techniques and even used the sleeves of her dress as a form of attack. Whereas the guy was much more rigid, using more of a power form (ie. guy primarily used closed fist techniques, woman primarily used open hand techniques) The similiarities to Monk could easily be explained as they were both developed in the same region but at some point branched off to form their own styles.
That being said, while I'm a little unsure how I would feel about dancer being dps instead of something more... unique i guess, I would definitely main dancer regardless. I love that free flowing style she displayed in the trailer and that outfit would be killer as an AF armor for dancer.
Exactly this, Thancred's job was never really truely defined until they added rogue/ninja. There is no reason Yda couldn't be the same. Vaguely pugilist/monk until dancer is released then written otherwise.

Basing on her movements(elegant, penelo-like), and how she uses her scarf to attack, makes me think she's a dancer.
While I'll stick with what's been said and go with the woman being a Monk (possibly-most-likely Yda), her outfit does remind me a bit of Penelo's Dancer outfit fromn FFXII: Revenant Wings.
Would like to point out that her dress looks fairlu similar to a mish mex of Yang and his daugther (Ursula from the after years) outfit
Not sure if it's posted here but the trailer is up on their Youtube... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAobb8_SzHY
And that very much looks like two Monks fighting.
I hope thats not SAM. Dont get me wrong I want sam...just not to look like that.
